  SALES
  the sales team was wonderful to work with and were extremely knowledgable and responsive. being in our early 20's almost every development we went to, we got "passed off" or given the cold shoulder as if we were not worth their time. this was NOT the case at Bridgetown, from the moment we first visited the community we were greeted and treated like family and with the utmost attention, walking through showing and telling every detail about the homes and community. a new response from a sales team we were jubilant to see.
  
  MORTGAGE PROCESS
  we went through pulse mortgage for additional incentives which in the end were worth it. but the entire pulse mortgage team was like dealing with a brick wall, very hard to contact always "away from their desk" until management was contact by my heated wife and only then were our calls returned. many documents which were electronically uploaded and/or faxed into pulse mortgage were "not found" and in a lot of cases they told us we needed to re-submit forms, then magically "found them", very disorganized.
  
  BUILDING PROCESS
  overall I would say things went well, anything that was a'skew was noticed and fixed promptly, I visited the property everyday to check progress (it was on my way home from work). small things were sloppy from the individually contracted companies but eventually were fixed.
  after we have now moved in we are noticing more and more small things. hidden unpainted trim, sloppy drywall work, bad paint execution, etc. the site manager was great, until closing, his "just email me if you have any questions on anything" at least for the first 30 days as things shake out, was full of hot air. multiple emails asking for a paint # we were not provided with has gone without reply.
  
  OVERALL
  we are happy with the home and glad we went forward in Bridgetown as it is a beautiful and active community for younger adults with or without families. as for pulte, there are certainly things they could improve on.
