  The worst customer service ever!! Got my floors redone. They ordered the wrong parts! Took them a month just for the floors to arrive. Wasn't notified any updates. Waited another 3 weeks for the stairs to arrive to find out they never ordered them. Kept giving me the round around. The manager was never there Or she "left". That B**** YOLANDA!!Crappy customer Service. NEVER AGAIN!
