  BEWARE! Forget about trying to get your security deposit back! They say it's refundable, but it's NOT! They always charge for cleaning, it doesn't matter if or how well you clean it before you leave the apartment, I heard that from one of the real estate agents that work for the association. They find things wrong with the apartment that you never knew existed, they charged us for a bulb of the fridge that wasn't burnt when we left and we took pictures of the inside of the fridge before we left. They charged us for a landline phone jack that wasn't working even though we never used landline phones in that apartment, we haven't used landline phones since 2010 which is already several years before we rented that apartment. They charged us for the painting that was already bad before we moved in. They'll try to make you sign the lease before they even fix the apartment, that's what they did to us and they said they would replace the carpet, which they never did, they just paid a company to "clean" it. After we moved in there was a strong smell of dog inside the apartment, there was a lot of dog hair inside the washing machine, the blinds of one of the bedrooms were chewed by a dog and they never replaced it. The fridge had worms inside and even after they sent someone to "clean" it there were still worms inside. The pool area is open so sometimes you will find people that are not even friends with Tenants getting in and even people bringing dogs to swim. The pot holes will never be fixed. Those are just facts! There are no personal opinions on this review and we have proof of everything we're saying. Here are just a few pictures of what I'm talking about.
