  Building a home is a series of big and small decisions . You will be dealing with very professional and ntrol experienced owners who can give you help and advice throughout that process. And, their experience makes them very flexible in ability to adapt to your preferences. One of your concerns is whether the subs will do their job showing concern for quality of the finished product. Be assured that Woodland only hires specialist firms that are excellent in their field. Things will fit together right and work right. When your house is built, you will not have a long list of redos and nothing major because they take care starting with the foundation pour. We’ve recommended them since they built our house.
  
  One more thing. Close to quality control in importance is “flow” or the way people use the design of the house - - rooms, doors, stairs, exits, and so on. Woodland’s engineers seem to have a perfect sense of what will work. We’ve seen some other builder’s “custom” homes that are just ridiculous.
